The holiday house
|
It's a medieval peasant house marked on the map of the 16th century, completely restored by keeping the original style typical of the Senese countryside farms.
La Torretta Farmhouse is a small and cosy guest-house, positioned on a charming hill of the Chianti Countryside, just 3 kilometres from the historic centre of Sienna, with a spectacular view on the town and surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees.

Facilities

Rooms and apartments: are provided with king bed, private bathroom (shower), hair-dryer (on request), and TV.
They aren't organised for people with handicap.
Linen: the beds are made up ready for your arrival.
Garden: there is a outdoor garden furnished with umbrellas, tables, chairs and armchairs at guests' disposition. A little barbecue is also available.
Entertainment: you will find table-tennis, and amatour archery.
Restaurant: even if we don't dispose of the inside restaurant, you will find eight restaurants just 4 Km around (the nearest 2,5 Km).
Shops: within 2,5 km: baker, supermarket, newspapers, petrol-gas-lpg station, cash machine.
Excursions: we will also glad to help you to organise trips on the countryside and tours of artistic interest, easy to find in Siena province

Conditions of letting
|
Minumum stay: one night.
Included in the price: on-site parking, bed and bath linens, final cleaning, electricity, water, gas cooking, heading.
Breakfast: Room: included in the rate. Apartment: on request, 4,00 €/pax.
Children under 3 years: stay free. There are available a little bed in wood and a camp bed.
Boys under 12 years: additional bed 14,00 eur every night.
Pets holidays: admitted without surcharge.

Deposit: Minimum: one night price. Maximum: 30% total price.
Cancellation Policy: No penalty until 10 days prior to arrival.
From 9 to 2 day before: 50%. No show: 100%
Check-in: the rooms are available not later 1 p.m. about. Easy or late arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m about.
Payment: no credit cards.
